Honestly, Rexburg Housing (which runs Arbor Cove) is absolutely horrible. Housing is grossly overpriced for what little is included in the apartment. When service requests are put in for various problems, the find the absolute cheapest way to fix it, and then don't do anything. Our fridge door fell off one day because it was old beyond belief, and instead of replacing the fridge (which should have been done 5 years prior) they super-glued the broken screw back into the bottom. They wouldn't even fork out the couple of cents it would have costed for a replacement screw. If it were possible, I would have avoided staying at Arbor Cove had there been other housing options available. But there were not. Thank goodness I got married and was able to move, it was the only way out of the place.
